Dear Sean and Tiffany,
It was a great pleasure for Santa and Mrs. Claus to receive your wonderful letter. Mrs. Claus says to tell you Merry Christmas and don’t forget the true spirit of Christmas. We’re looking forward to seeing you in person while we are at the mall. Rudolph asked me to assure you he, and all the reindeer, are very well indeed and he’s looking forward to a foggy night so he may lead Santa’s Sleigh again this Christmas Eve.
Sean, I know that you go to the Lincoln Street Elementary School, and you really like it there. Your best friend is Timothy, and your favorite teacher is Mr. Lucas. Isn’t he pretty special? And, you know, he likes you a lot, too. He says you are one of his favorite and best students. Oooooooops! Santa wasn’t supposed to tell you that - so, can we just keep that a little secret between us, Sean? But, when you go back to school and see Mr. Lucas again, Sean, would you tall him “Santa says Merry Christmas and thanks for being such a wonderful teacher.” - would you do that for Santa, Sean?
Sean, it was very nice of you to include your little sister Tiffany in your letter because she’s too young still to write. You are a very thoughtful big brother. While I don’t believe she’d really go for a train set, I’m sure she’d like a new Barbie or Sailor Moon doll to go with her collection.
I’m pretty sure, Sean, that you would love to have a Hot Wheels Lego, or Transformers, or Bay Blades, and we are definitely working on your request. In fact, I’m very sure that Santa will bring you and Tiffany one very special gift, one of the things you have mentioned you would like a lot.
And I’ll just bet that maybe even Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa and your aunts and uncles will help out with some other neat stuff you would like a lot. Now, if Santa could bring you just one very special gift, just from Santa, one of the things you really, really wanted most and Mom and Dad helped out, would that help to make this maybe the best Christmas ever for you?
Well, Sean, we’ll sure try to do that, make this the best Christmas ever for you. Now don’t forget to stop at the Mall and talk to Santa....and I’ll be seeing you on Christmas Eve to make this the best Christmas Ever. OK?
